About Fixosoft

Specialist fintech software engineering with clear delivery boundaries.

Fixosoft focuses on software development, architecture, integrations and implementation for fintech workflows. Work can cover a complete product or one defined stage without presenting a technology service as a bank, insurer, regulator or law firm.

Transparency

Contracting identity

This website presents services under the Fixosoft name. The legal name, registration number and address of any contracting party must be confirmed in the proposal and signed agreement before work begins. These details are not inferred from third-party business directories.

Scope

What Fixosoft does

The work is shaped around the product, existing system, providers and requirements that apply to the project.

Discovery and product direction

Map users, money movement, providers, data, operations and licensing questions that affect the product.

Architecture and controls

Define system boundaries, access, data, integrations, auditability, monitoring and review points.

Software and integrations

Build web and admin systems, portals, applications, APIs and connections to providers and business systems.

Launch and support

Prepare environments, delivery, technical support and ongoing changes under an agreed scope and responsibility model.

Accountability

How ambiguity is removed before work starts

A useful proposal identifies who is accountable, what is included, what depends on a third party and what the client must provide.

Named delivery lead

An engagement should identify the delivery lead and that person’s responsibilities instead of referring only to a generic team.

Defined project roles

Product, engineering, security, operations and testing receive clear owners and deliverables for the agreed scope.

External specialists stay separate

Lawyers, accountants, compliance officers, insurers and regulatory advisers are identified as outside providers or specialists, not as Fixosoft employees.

Evidence before a claim

Customers, logos, certifications, experience and outcomes are published only after verification and suitable permission.

Professional boundaries

What this website does not claim

These boundaries matter in financial and regulated projects.

  • Fixosoft provides software, integration and implementation; it is not presented as a bank, insurer, regulator or law firm.
  • Financial-license approval is decided by the regulator and is never guaranteed.
  • PCI DSS architecture, readiness or hardening support is not PCI certification and does not replace a valid, properly scoped AOC.
  • The Workers product provides software and workflow tooling; Fixosoft is not a manpower-placement or recruitment agency.
Leadership and team

Profiles are published only after verification and consent

Names, titles, biographies, experience and certifications are not taken from incomplete profiles or assumptions. During procurement, a buyer can request the proposed delivery lead, responsibility map and relevant CVs, subject to consent and confidentiality.

On the public website

Only verified people and roles approved for publication should appear.

During procurement

A buyer can request the proposed team, responsibilities, relevant experience and availability.

In the specialist network

Each outside specialist is classified by the real role and relationship without implying employment.
