These terms apply to browsing and using the public website. They do not replace a proposal, services agreement, DPA, SLA or commercial terms signed for a specific project.

This website presents services under the Fixosoft name. The legal name, registration number and address of any contracting party must be confirmed in the proposal and signed agreement before work begins. Using this website alone does not create a commercial engagement.

Public website terms

If a signed project agreement exists, that signed agreement controls the project.

1. General information

The website describes software, integration and implementation services. Content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance or compliance advice and does not replace professional review.

2. No approval or outcome guarantee

Regulators, app stores, banks, payment providers, insurers and other providers decide under their own rules. Fixosoft does not guarantee approval, licensing, availability or a business outcome.

3. Enquiries and forms

Submitting a form is a request for review and does not create a contract or charge. Provide accurate information and only what is needed for the enquiry.

4. Sensitive information

Do not send a password, OTP, payment data, ID, passport, access key or private customer information through a public form. Sensitive material is transferred only through a verified route defined after review.

5. Intellectual property and brands

The website, content and Fixosoft brand are protected under applicable law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

6. External links and services

External links are provided for convenience or source verification. Fixosoft does not control the availability, security, privacy or content of an external website or service.

7. Privacy and analytics

Website data handling is explained in the Privacy Notice. Analytics choices can be changed through the footer settings.

8. Project agreements

Scope, deliverables, fees, dates, responsibilities, SLA, security, data processing, intellectual property and exit terms belong in the signed project documents.

9. Updates and contact

These terms may be updated after a material website or service change. The review date appears on this page. Questions can be sent to webmaster@fixosoft.com.
