Client Workspace

From a public enquiry to a private working space.

The client workspace is for work after an account and authorization are created. What appears depends on the project and permissions; the overview on this page is illustrative and contains no real customer data.

Transparency

Illustrative only

The cards below are not screenshots and do not expose a real customer name, document, status, amount or system detail. Actual sections depend on the account and permissions configured for it.

Access

How access starts

Do not create an account or share sensitive material through a public form without a verified handoff.

1. Open the engagement

A proposal or agreement defines the service, contracting entity and authorized contacts.

2. Create the account

An account is created for an approved contact, and access is matched to role and need.

3. Sign in directly

Use customers.fixosoft.com directly instead of a sign-in link from an unknown source.

4. Use a separate handoff

When sensitive evidence or demo access is required, Fixosoft defines an appropriate transfer route after verification.

Safe use

Simple rules that protect the account

When something looks wrong, stop and contact Fixosoft through the details on this website.

  • Never send a password, OTP or payment data by email, WhatsApp or a public form.
  • Do not share one account between people; request separate access for each authorized user.
  • Check that the address is customers.fixosoft.com and that HTTPS is active.
  • Report suspicious access, an unfamiliar link or an incorrect permission immediately.
  • Upload only information needed for the project through the agreed sharing route.
