1. Information you provide
This website presents services under the Fixosoft name. Before providing personal information, you may request verified details for the website operator and the party responsible for processing website data at webmaster@fixosoft.com. The identity and registration details of any contracting party must be confirmed separately in the proposal and signed agreement.
When you contact Fixosoft or use a public form, you may provide contact details, company information, and a short project description. Do not attach or paste documents, passwords, payment data, or sensitive information into a public form; if company evidence is needed, Fixosoft will define a separate verified handoff.
Contacting us is voluntary. If you choose to submit the contact form, the name, email, telephone, and project-type fields are marked as required so we can receive and answer the request. Without those fields, the form cannot be submitted; you may instead contact us by email, which also involves processing the information you choose to provide.
2. Client onboarding and app-store services
The new public intake forms collect company and contact details, application descriptions, target market, and service choices so Fixosoft can review the request, prepare a proposal, and continue it in the Fixosoft customer system. Amounts displayed in a form remain estimates until confirmed in a proposal or invoice.
Do not send an ID, passport, password, OTP, payment data, or private end-user information through a public form. If company evidence or demo access is required for a submission, Fixosoft will provide a separate verified handoff and explain the purpose, recipients, and applicable retention period.
3. Technical data and website analytics
The server may keep limited technical data needed for security and operation, such as an IP address, request time, page address, and browser type.
The new forms use a necessary FIXOSOFTFLOW cookie until the browser closes to prevent request forgery, retain short-lived form state, and limit abuse. It is not used for advertising or analytics. A one-way rate-limit key derived from the network address is kept locally for a short period and removed after no more than two hours.
The Google tag loads with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization denied. In this state, Analytics cookies are not created, but Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. If you choose to allow analytics, Google Analytics may process usage details such as the page viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, and may set measurement cookies. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied.
4. How information is used
We use information to answer requests, provide and support services, protect the website, diagnose faults, improve content and usability, and meet requirements that apply to the service.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be shared with infrastructure, security, communications, or analytics providers only as needed to operate the service, or when required by law or a valid request from an authorized public body. Third-party links and services are governed by their own notices.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, security and operational needs, or a valid legal obligation. Fixosoft uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
7. International processing
Service providers, including Google, may process information in other countries. In those cases, processing is subject to the provider’s arrangements, safeguards, and the laws applicable to the service.
8. Choices and rights
You may keep analytics off, change your choice at any time through the Analytics settings button in the footer, and request access, correction, or deletion where available under applicable law and subject to valid retention duties.
9. Children’s privacy
The website and business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children in that age group.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the website, services, or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
